A lot of things have happens since the last post. One being that we got certified for scuba diving! Which is so exciting, mainly just to say we got to scuba diving at The Great Barrier Reef! Hopefully we will have at least a little free time to do some shore diving as well!! My husband is pretty much a fish at heart, so we will probably be at the beach every chance we get!We are quickly realizing how amazing our God can be, especially when you are in he middle of his will. First of all, we were quite concerned about how long it would take to get our visas. Unfortunately the online version of the application did not work, so we had to print out this huge package of paperwork. The concern was that we wouldn't get the visas back before we left, which would have been terrible because I'm not quite sure they would let us into the country if we didn't have them. Well it turned out that they didn't have to send us anything at all!! It's actually attached to the number on our passport, which is great!!!
Also a great deal of this past several months have been saving money, which has been an experience in and of itself! This is the part we see God working the most, we have gotten support from so many people, and we are so thankful for that! But also we have gotten money from unexpectedly places, which is always a welcome surprise! God Is so good, and I believe that when God gives us a journey or a path that we need to follow. Most of the time it begins out of our comfort zone, and maybe we feel uncomfortable in the beginning but there comes a point when you really have a peace about it.
Both if our families have been so supportive about the whole situation but that doesn't make it any easer to say goodbye. This is going to be the hardest thing we (especially me) have ever had to do!
Speaking of family, my brother in law got married! And we had an amazing time at the wedding! Also I had the honor of doing hair for the beautiful bride and bridesmaids. Also my sister-in-law and her husband had a gorgeous baby girl about 6 months ago Raegan Lynn Williams and I pretty much adore her!! I really have never had a child so close to me, that I care so much for! She is precious and I hate that We are going to miss the next three years of her life!
Our family understands that this is an experience of a lifetime. From day one, my husband and I made a promise to each other that if we got this opportunity, we could not pass it up! God had been our rock, supporting us all the way, and we know this is his will for our lives!!
